Shipping Information: All products except 4x8 sheet will ship via ground service unless otherwise requested at time of purchase. Shipping costs will apply to all orders and is estimated at the time of purchase.

Returned Goods: Clear 1 will accept unopened returns of stock size, installation products and flat sheet goods only. Custom orders are non-returnable. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, customer will be responsible for all related shipping and handling fees.

Sales Tax: Ohio residents will be charged per the current rate required by state and local agencies. A valid tax certificate is required for exempt purchases.

Payment Information: You may charge orders to Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card. Cashiers check or money orders accepted in advance of shipment. COD orders will be processed plus 5% additional handling fee.

Pricing Information: We strive to maintain the most current pricing in our catalog, however polycarbonate is a commodity with very volatile pricing and is subject to change. All of our products are priced without shipping costs included.

Warranty Information: All MR-10 Clear 1 windows are provided with a 5-year warranty against fading yellowing or cracking. Cracking excludes areas that have been drilled for mounting applications due to excessive force being applied. Warranty claims will be made in conjunction with sheet manufacturer for processing.
